NHL Power Rankings Week 10

It’s still way too early to legitimately rank the NHL teams, but I’ll try anyway. Regardless, check out some of the top plays from the past week and see where your favorite team ranks within their conference. If you have any thoughts, please let us know at contact@quartermastersports.com; subject: NHL Power Rankings Week 10. Your input is always welcome.

NHL Bottom 5

27. Philadelphia Flyers (10-11-7) [LW: 28]

  • Though the Flyers ended their 10-game losing streak, they could not escape the Bottom Five. If they can build on their now two-game win-streak, Philly could find it’s way out of the B5.

28. Edmonton Oilers (11-15-2) [LW: 29]

  • It was another bleh week for the Oilers. Connor McDavid leads in All-Star voting, unfortunately, that doesn’t add tallies to the win column.

29. Ottawa Senators (9-11-6) [LW: NR]

  • The Sens have lost 9 of their last 10 contest and look to be in complete free-fall mode.

30. Arizona Coyotes (7-18-5) [LW: 30]

  • After a small hot-streak, the Coyotes have gone back to looking like one of the worst teams in the league.

31. Buffalo Sabres (7-17-4) [LW; 31]

  • They’re going to trade everyone, right? They have to.
