NCHSAA Football Playoffs Regional Finals Scoreboard

At last, the State Championship games are set. After sixteen weeks, the final Friday night of the North Carolina high school football season did not disappoint. Here’s the full NCHSAA Football Playoffs Regional Finals Scoreboard.

Mallard Creek and Wake Forest took care of business with ease. They’ll finally settle the debate over who’s the number one team in state Saturday. In the 4A bracket, Harding University rode Quatavius Crouch past Vance while Scotland County (without Zamir White) ended Hoggard’s undefeated season with a two-point conversion in overtime. BB&T Field in Winston-Salem will be the site of both 4A title games.

New Hanover and A.C. Reynolds will meet up in Durham for the 3AA title despite Sun Valley and Eastern Guilford’s best efforts. In Durham’s other championship bout, the 3A crown will be decided by the prolific offenses of Charlotte Catholic and Havelock. Duke University and Wallace-Wade Stadium will serve as host for the 3A State Championships.

Chapel Hill will host the 2A State Championships. The 2AA title game will feature two undefeated teams, East Duplin and Hibriten. After, Wallace-Rose Hill will battle undefeated Reidsville for the 2A championship.

Tarboro and Mount Airy will fight for the 1AA crown; both teams are undefeated. Finally, Cherokee will look to end North Duplin’s perfect season in the 1A championship. Both games will be played at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh.

All eyes are now on Saturday. Stay tuned for more.
